What to expect in a Hairroom Salons consultation.

At Hairroom Salons we pride ourselves on our communication, consultations, and quoting.

We know that you think about your appointment for weeks before visiting us. Tossing up between styles, looking through countless images on Pinterest and in magazines. Asking your partner, friends, colleagues opinions on styles and so on.

The consultation will start with an assessment of your hair - you won't even realise we'll be doing this! As we run our fingers through your hair we are feeling the condition, texture, and length of the hair. As we look into your eyes and ask how you are we are looking at your face shape, eye colour and your personal style. We do all this so when you say "What would you recommend?" We've already come up with one, possible two ideas that would suit you!

If you don't ask that question you'll probably explain to us what you want. Now no one has the same mind and imagination, so it's crucial that we can have pictures to show you our version of a fringe, lob, red, ash blonde so that we both have a clear idea of what you really want. It's also amazing if you bring your pictures in too, this is the most helpful tool for clear and precise consultations and communication.

We like to follow up on homecare also, how the product you bought last visit is working, would you like more, or if you've never tried any, what would work best for your hair cut/colour/style.

Next we will recap on everything we have decided so that you feel confident with everything we have spoken about. We will provide you a quote on all the services we need to get your hair exactly how you want it to be.
